Beyond is made by Inkwell Design Pty Ltd (ABN 68 624 765 680). The app is Go Beyond; the game is BEYOND.
01 / Fastest way
Delete in the app.
- Open the Go Beyond app.
- Tap Me in the bottom navigation.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
If you signed in with Apple, deleting your account also revokes the sign-in link with your Apple ID.

Request by email.
Email us from the address you use to sign in to Beyond.
Email hello@beyondgame.io ↗Use subject: Delete my BEYOND account. Include the email address on the account if you’re writing from a different address.
We will action your request within 30 days.
03 / What happens
What gets deleted, what stays.
Deleted
When the account is removed:
- Your player profile, handle and alias
- All items you have logged
- All moves (Buy, Sell, Swap, Fix, Make)
- Sidequest completions
- Bill Says messages you sent
- League memberships
- Guardian links
- Your sign-in and sign-in email
May be kept
- Aggregate join counts — the tally of players who have joined Beyond, held without any name or contact detail.
- A one-way scrambled copy (a hash) of your email address, and nothing else, so we never email you again. It cannot be turned back into your address, and we hold it indefinitely for that sole purpose.
- Records we are required by law to retain, if any apply.
Photos and receipts stay on your phone and are never uploaded to Beyond. Deleting your account does not remove files that are only on your device.
